Go For Better Health

This is a FREE 2 day camp for African women who live in Western Sydney. The camp will:
  • Raise awareness of cancer detection and prevention strategies amongst African women in Western Sydney.
  • Increase the participation of African women in cancer screen programs.
  • Provide exercise programs.
  • Explain ways to reduce the risk of breast cancer and cervical cancer.
  • Participants will qualify for FREE WEEKLY WOMEN ONLY EXERCISE PROGRAMS.
  • Provide free transportation to and from the camp site.

The changes or symptoms that every woman should know and look for include:
  • Any new lump or lumpiness, especially in just one breast.
  • A change in the size of your breast, whether smaller or larger, or the shape of your breast.
